About Qeloria

Qeloria Content Publisher is a privately-operated content-management application. It is designed and operated by an individual creator-developer (Qeloria) for use by educational content creators on their own Facebook Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, and TikTok account.

The application's sole purpose is to help creators upload, publish, edit, and manage their own short-form educational videos, photos, and text posts, and to reply to comments left by their audience — using the official Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API, and TikTok Content Posting API.

What Qeloria Does

Upload videos to the creator's own Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok account.

Publish text posts, photos, and videos (including Reels) to the creator's connected accounts.

Trim, crop, merge, and add text overlays to the creator's own videos before publishing.

Edit Metadata

Edit the title, caption, description, hashtags, and thumbnail of the creator's own published content.

Post text replies to comments left by the audience on the creator's own published content.

What Qeloria Does NOT Do

❌ Does not collect followers, friends lists, private messages, or contact lists of any user.
❌ Does not perform mass automated actions, spam, or fake engagement.
❌ Does not resell, transfer, or share data with advertising networks or third parties.
❌ Does not act on accounts the connecting user does not own or have written authorization to manage.
❌ Does not embed any analytics, advertising, or social-tracking SDKs.

Platforms Used

Facebook Pages — via the Meta Graph API (pages_manage_posts, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_engagement).
Instagram Business / Creator accounts — via the Meta Graph API (instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights, instagram_manage_comments).
TikTok — via the TikTok Content Posting API (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish, video.list, comment.list, comment.reply).
